If they want to have an easy going life without hardwork, continuous learning and do not want to take risks, they must not opt for these courses just because the private sectors are creating jobs.

Every young student must be responsible for preventing water clogging in the roads in front of their houses.
If there are no trees, shrubs or herbs in front of their houses, the students must take the initiative to plant saplings in front of their houses and nurture the plants until they grow.

Young men and women plan for their studies and career. They must also plan to settle in life.
That is, they must plan to get married and have children and decide by when they will be having a family of their own.
The younger generation must realise that they have a responsibility as human beings and must understand why they are born as human beings.

Young men and women must realise that they must not hurt the religious beliefs, sentiments and other beliefs of their parents while getting married.
They must think and be sensible when they want to get married outside their caste and religion.
Intercaste or interreligion marriages are meaningful only if parents and their society agree. Else young women and men must sacrifice their feelings for sake of their parents.
At any cost young men and women must not hurt their parents. Parents are manifestations of God.

Younger generation must be brought up with good samskara from the day they are born. Samskara or culture is necessary for happiness and peace in the families. Noone should do politics in homes and workplaces. That is why character building of the younger generation is necessary for a law abiding society. If you want to do politics, then you must join a political party, or become an MLC, MLA or MP.

Private sector jobs have done more harm than any good to Engineers and society at large. Jobs created in Private sector are not according to the education of the candidates and of the major manifestation of this chaos is the low quality network coverage all over the country. The younger generation must vote for those political parties that have the courage and conviction to build Public Sector Organisations and not indulging in red tapism privatising every Public undertaking and favouring a handful of private men and women. If young India does not wake up today, a day will come when there is 100% recession and inflation and it is upto the youngsters to analyse what will happen to the country if there is 100% recession and 100% inflation.

In the coming state legislative assembly elections, the younger generation must not vote for any political party that has not raised Government Bonds to setup Public sector industries.

Most of the TV channels are controlled by one or the other political parties in power.

Many young men and women are enthusiastically creating Youtube channels. Some youngsters are travelling to sensitive countries and passing racial comments on the local people of those nations in Indian languages. And the language they speak is not pure and is colloquial language. Younger generation must curb this sort of Youtubers and use these internet tools only for constructive work and knowledge.

Never think of building palaces over others' graves because it is as good as digging your own graves. Newton's Third Law of Motion works in our lives also.To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

The younger generation who aim to work in private sectors especially in software services and outsourcing companies, must have a backup career and must learn the art of moonlighting, that is beginning a second career along with the existing career. The private sector jobs cannot be trusted. Moonlighting could be running a restaurant outside office hours, running a plant nursery, selling organic fertilisers that can be prepared using kitchen waste, running revenue generating websites, or working on online jobs.

Never blame others for your failure and always be grateful to those who were responsible for your success.

The challenge of any business is creating a sustainable cashflows with positive Operating and Investing cashflows. Else it will be very tough to repay the debt.

Whenever you face a situation that makes you unhappy, hurt, angry or uncomfortable, you must consider it as an opportunity to be creative by responding with a postitive action that will not only diffuse the negative effects of the situation but will also boost your ego. Once your ego is enhanced by your own postive action, you will feel very happy and have a sense of achievement. This is the secret for having a very successful life and creating a beautiful environment and will make you a very charismatic human being.
