How to solve joblessness and job insecurities in India?

India is a very vast country with a dense population. Every citizen has to have food, clothing and shelter. The society exists on institution of marriage. The man must earn a living and look after his wife and children and provide them food, clothing and shelter. The woman cooks and looks after the household and the children. The children must go to school, college and get educated in their field of interests. They must be encouraged by their parents in pursuing extracurricular activities that interests them and it is the responsibility of the parents to imbibe in them culture and teach them the path of virtues. Many of the girls opt to become homemakers and do not go for jobs. It is the teachers' and parents'responsibility to groom the children to become responsible citizen of India.

If every citizen has to have the above basic wants of life, then there must be equal opportunities in education and jobs. Sufficient jobs must be created for every educational qualifications. The number of jobs to be created must be sufficient to accomodate for next 15 years. A student after completing his studies looks for a job around the age of 21 years. The retirement age is approximately 56 years. That means the citizen must be employed for 35 years. It is the bound and duty of the state to create a job for a citizen for 35 years of his or her career lifespan.

For example., The jobs for students of Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering are sparse compared to Information Technology. Yet, there are numerous government and private engineering colleges having Electrical Engineering department. The teaching in many of the engineering colleges is lousy or there are no staff to teach many of the subjects.
In Karnataka, let us say there are 500 engineering colleges with Electrical Engineering department and intake of 50 students per year. After 4 years, these 50 students have to get jobs according to the subjects they studied.
The total number of students graduating every year with a BE in Electrical Engineering is 500*50=25000. Considering next 15 years, the total number of BE graduates in Electrical Engineering is 25000*15 = 3,75,000.This is only in Karnataka.
If you consider entire India, every year the total number of BE graduates in Electrical Engineering graduating is 36 * 3,75,000 = 13,500,000. That is, in the next 15 years, the total number of BE(Electrical Engineering) graduates graduating in entire country is 1.35 crores.

The compensations also must be superior in order to enable the engineers to live a comfortable life throughout their lifespan.

Has any political party that ruled the country, created so many jobs to accomodate all the BE Electrical Engineering graduates? How many Electrical Engineering graduates took up jobs in this domain, how many got employed in Information Technology industry and how many remained unemployed? Is there job security for all jobs created in private sector? If any employee of a private company is laid off, he or she must be employed in a government run company. New governmental policies must be created for all this to be put in place. Can all this be accomodated in the Constitution of India.

Is is possible for every Electrical Engineering BE graduate to work as an Electrical Engineer throughout his or her career. The teaching in my college was not upto the mark since many of the teachers were ill-equipped to teach or there were no teachers allocated for many of the subjects or teachers did not want to complete the syllabus and stayed away from classes. Inspite of all these ills, how can BE graduates build profitable Electrical Engineering companies. Earlier there was no internet and students were left in the lurch because of this apathy of Engineering colleges. After overcoming all these student days trauma, there are no jobs, then graduates go learn some computer languages and get employed in IT companies.

You do not have to come from a very wealthy family to become an entrepreneur in the field of electrical engineering, but must have good smaskara and be very hard working. A great level of confidence, persistence, perseverance and patience is required by a BE in Electrical Engineering to succeed as an electrical engineer entrepreneur. The opportunity in Electrical Engineering is immense. Why is it that the state governments and central government of India cannot generate sufficient number of jobs for next 15 years in Electrical Engineering domain establishing public sector companies? Today Government of India and various State Governments are depending on private sector to generate electricity and supply to big cities. Just imagine if every BE graduate aims to manufacture DC & AC machines, Induction machines, numerous electrical accessories and equipments using Power Electronics Technology. The output would result in massive increase in GDP and Taxes, and create many jobs requiring Electrical Engineering qualifications. For this every subject taught in in all the Engineering must be strictly monitored by Government of India.

The Government must generate 13,500,000 jobs for Electrical Engineering BE graduates for next 15 years. Why should students depend on private sectors for getting employment? Students must also be prepared to become entrepreneurs and create employment. Mass employment in few private companies must be stopped to stop monopoly by few citizen. This estimation of creation of jobs must be applied for all qualifications and only then job problems can be solved. Is it difficult for the governments to establish industries to provide job securities and eradicate a disease called job loss and layoffs? The only solution to unemployment problem in India is to establish new Public Sector Industries and IT companies by the state governments and tShe central government. Intelligent and hard working people must become Rajya Sabha members. Indian voter must not vote for political parties taking money to sell constituency tickets to undeserving people.

Every young man and woman must think in order to come up with their own ideas to solve various ills of the society. There is no shortcut to succeed in life.

In all upcoming elections, the younger generation must research and analyse who can solve employment problems, stop attrocities on women and children and stop racism of celebrities, bureaucrats and politicians and their families and protect every citizen in the country. The younger generation must know the IQ and EQ of every electoral candidate and not vote for any dumbo standing for elections. The younger generation must not vote for MLA and MP elections' candidates buying the popular political parties' tickets for various constituencies. The younger generation must not vote for candidates who do black magic on other candidates. When an election candidate comes to ask for votes, the younger generation must have prepared their own questions to ask the candidate and understand whether the candidate is worthwhile to cast their votes for that candidate. The age of a candidate standing for elections is immaterial as long as he or she is a thinking mind and must be prepared to work selflessly for welfare of the people.
